1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
