Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Sale items and innerwear are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
